He hasn't read the latest poll of euro voting intnetions - the lib Dems predicted to gains 4 seats, UKIP predicted to lose 8 (including the 3 they've already lost to defections and expulsions)
Why having 23 UKIP MEPs should be any different to 12 or 2 isn't clear to anyone, leats of all UKIP
